Make it lively. You don't need to sound like an old, boring professor from college otherwise, your attendees will dose of even before you finish half of your power point presentation. Be upbeat all the time. In fact, I would recommend that you make use of your great sense of humor to keep your clients from falling asleep. Also, encourage participation. Ask questions from time to time. Encourage hands-on practice. There are just some things that other people wouldn't be able to learn through presentation or discussions alone so hands-on practice would be required. For example, if your teaching people how to improve their Asia Email List keyboarding skills, it's imperative that you get them to practice. Are you worried that your first group coaching sessions will turn out dull and boring? Well, you don't have to as long as you take these steps into consideration. End the session with question and answer portion. Ask your clients to save their questions for later so you can focus on your presentation and/or hands-on practice. Before you end the session, address all these questions and ensure that you give the best answers. It's best if you anticipate all the questions that you'll get and that you prepare for them before you meet your clients. Believe me, you don't want to get caught off-guarded.
