Not sure if I can use this here in the UK, but I can confirm it works well. It doesn't seem to be downloadable from any major browsers, like Opera/Internet Explorer/Safari/Mozilla/Google Chrome.
Overall, a great idea that I wish could be made available through the browser.
I have tried many DE's in the past, but the one I like the most is MATE
I just had to turn off my old DE one the day this release was released.

It's not that fast of a machine.
If I have time, it would be nice to try out the new DE.
