Finders Keepers is an American children's game show that debuted on Nickelodeon in 1987 and later aired in first-run syndication starting in 1988. The show featured two teams of two children attempting to find hidden objects in different rooms of a house.
The main game was played in two rounds, each with two halves. The first half of each round involved finding hidden pictures in a complex drawing, and the second half involved ransacking rooms in a large house built on-stage.
In the first half of each round, the object for the teams was to find hidden pictures drawn into a larger picture based on clues given by the host. On the Nickelodeon series, the picture was displayed on a telestrator and the team used a light pen to circle the object. On the syndicated series the picture was displayed on the game board with plastic laminate stickers similar to Colorforms representing the objects, and the team had to run to the board and stick a laminate to the picture to show where the hidden object was.
Finders Keepers is a video game written by David Jones and the first game in the Magic Knight series. It was published on the Mastertronic label for the ZX Spectrum, Amstrad CPC, MSX, Commodore 64, and Commodore 16 in 1985. Published in the United Kingdom at the budget price of £1.99. Finders Keepers is a platform game with some maze sections.
The hero starts in the King's throne room and is transported, via a teleporter, to the castle. The castle is made up of two types of playing area: flick-screen rooms in the manner of a platform game and two large scrolling mazes. On the ZX Spectrum, Amstrad CPC, and MSX these are "Cold Upper Maze" and the "Slimey Lower Maze"; on the Commodore 64 they consist of "The Castle Gardens" and "The Castle Dungeons".
An additional aspect of the gameplay is the ability to collect objects (found in both the rooms and the mazes) scattered around the castle and sell them for money. Some of these objects can combine or react to create an object of higher value (for example, the bar of lead and the philosopher's stone react to create a bar of gold). Both the amount of money Magic Knight is carrying and the market value of his inventory are displayed on-screen. The buying and selling of objects is done with the various traders who live in the castle.
Finders Keepers was followed-up by three more Magic Knight games: Spellbound (1985), Knight Tyme (1986), and Stormbringer (1987). They are primarily graphic adventures with a few platform elements.
Finders Keepers is a British children's game show based on the original American format of the same name. It was originally broadcast on ITV between 12 April 1991 and 6 August 1996, hosted by Neil Buchanan. It was then revived from 6 January to 14 April 2006, hosted by Jeff Brazier.
This version of Finders Keepers was a game show on Nickelodeon and in syndication where kids had to find hidden objects both in pictures and in a giant house. The show aired for two seasons.
If the game ended in a tie (where both teams have a score of $500 apiece, mostly), an abbreviated Hidden Picture round was played with the first team to find a certain number of objects winning the game. For Eure's version, it's three objects need to win; and in Toffler's version, it's two objects.
Tabletop gaming has been a fast-growing past-time for geeks for many years. The size of my tabletop game collection can attest to that. It is only dwarfed by my video game collection. When we think of tabletop games we generally think of board, dice, or card games, right? Finders Seekers is here to challenge that conception a bit.
Concerning gameplay, each puzzle was approachable and straightforward, relying on making the appropriate connection between 1-2 game materials. Most puzzles were simple presentations of common structures, but they were all fair and thematic. Newer players might find challenge here; experienced players will not.
Be the first player to collect all of your Keep Me cards in your Keepers pile.if(typeof ez_ad_units != 'undefined'){ez_ad_units.push([[728,90],'ultraboardgames_com-medrectangle-3','ezslot_2',113,'0','0'])};__ez_fad_position('div-gpt-ad-ultraboardgames_com-medrectangle-3-0');
The first player to spot something colored blue in the room starts the game and play continues to the left. On your turn, reveal the top Find Me tile for all to see. (Place it face up next to the draw pile to start the discard pile).
If you can find that object on any of your Keep Me cards, take those cards and place them face down in your Keepers pile near your playing area. Look carefully as some objects may be upside down or hidden behind other objects!if(typeof ez_ad_units != 'undefined'){ez_ad_units.push([[580,400],'ultraboardgames_com-medrectangle-4','ezslot_3',129,'0','0'])};__ez_fad_position('div-gpt-ad-ultraboardgames_com-medrectangle-4-0');

Made in Melbourne, Australia and printed on sturdy fabric using water based ink, this game is no-fuss and super easy to pack away. The playing pieces are also super cute wooden discs stamped with 6 of the countries iconic animals.
Based on the Stephen King novel of the same name, the first season followed a retired detective, Bill Hodges, haunted by the case of a killer, Brady Hartsfield, who murdered 16 people in a stolen Mercedes and who remains undiscovered two years later, only for the killer to reemerge and begin taunting the detective, leading the two to engage in a deadly game of cat and mouse.
The Finders Keepers game from Schaper is described as a grade school game for two or more players. Pick a card then hit the switch which releases the ball and the objects. Pick the object that was on the card before the ball hits the bottom of the ramp and locks the objects back into place, keep what objects you retreive. There are two sets of objects and two sets of cards, one simple with recognizable shapes, the other much harder with abstract shapes. If the game gets too easy you can put the ball at the lower peg which gives you even less time. Way cool game, mine is complete with all shapes, all cards, and the original ball. The game is dated 1977 but has no item number.
-Crab movement speed changed from 7 to 5.5-Player injury time changed from 4 to 3 seconds-Adjusted game over UI to fix appearance issue-Dog scale changed from 0.5 to 0.4-Set max enemies on screen (new!) to 15-Balanced sound levels for UI and enemies-Added more vocals for pickups-Made metal detector bob up and down before picking it up-Built for PC/Mac/Linux aside from HTML5.
The platformer game where you play as a frog who controls a mech. Yup, a frog in a mech. Now shoot those launchpads, rocket jump up and climb your way onto that big tower. The loot will be worth it... or not, it's about the journey, right?
The soundtrack that goes along with the game is great , however some of the sound effects like the ones when you pick up an orb could of been better as it sounds like the sound effect used in flappy bird when you pass through a gate but this is only a minor issue.
One of the biggest flaws the game had were the jumping/bouncing mechanisms as when you jumped/bounced it felt like you gained far too much velocity and made platforming more tricky than it needed to be as you over shot the floating platforms with great speeds.
At the point where you have to jump from platform to platform with the mech suit. I jumped out of the suit as a last ditch effort to save the character. However this put me in a soft lock. The mech suit kept respawning at the location it fell. Meaning it would infinitly reset my game.
Finders Keepers is a game where you get to explore a world full of life! Meet interesting characters and discover rare loot using all kinds of tools available in-game! Then, take all of your findings back to your house to upgrade your stuff, or use to decorate with! If you can find it - you can keep it!

In early series kids use to have to play for rooms by playing a memory game. For the final series of the original run, (when Diane Youdale was co-host) the kids had to find things in 'The Garage' first, which involved wading through a thick pool of "motor oil" to find mechanics' tools to match up on the wall. (The 2006 revival has reverted back to the original game.)
I've replayed this game so many times. I usually stick to Search and find or adventure games but i almost never replay those after i have finished them... this game i never tire of. Also try Gold Miner!
For my children, this game shines. How great is it you get to hang out in your own boat, drop a fishing line & bring up untold Treasures!You never know what you might find. It could be just a few fish, some nice gems or even the mother-lode: Sunken Treasure!There are also little objects to hinder you & a friendly pet who travels along with you & helps you out with his handy vacume when you need a little extra power boost.Great little game overall, endless hours of fun. At times you may find yourself wishing there was just One more aspect to the game, for example a shop where you could "cash in" your found treasures for mini-games, but overall there's lots of fun to be had here.
Three levels of play, so I think that both kids and adults might enjoy this.Have played this over and over and over and every time it has been fun, challenging and enjoyable!Does not require too much concentration, so I can enjoy playing whilst still thinking about my study subject/s etc.Cute how sometimes the cat vac will suck up an entire whale and earn lots of points suddenly!Colorful graphics. Not sure, but I think objects change, as well as their positions, when one replays. So it's fun each time!Much respect and gratitude to all who made this game & all who got this game to me :) 2b1af7f3a8
